Service Policy

This policy describes what you get when you buy something on Degreelo, how long you get it for, and what may change while you have it.

How long your access lasts

When you buy study material, you are buying access to it for one year from the date of purchase, or for the length of the course, whichever applies to what you bought.

• Material bought for a single subject, term or year is yours for one year from the date you paid for it.
• Material bought as a whole course is yours for the published length of that course, counted from the date of purchase.

The price you pay covers that period. It is not a one-off fee for permanent access, and it does not renew automatically — when the period ends, access to that material ends with it.

Services can change

Degreelo is a service rather than a product delivered once. We add, revise and reorganise material continuously, and we may:

• update, rewrite or replace notes, question banks, mind maps and quizzes;
• change how material is grouped into subjects, terms, or courses;
• add or remove features of the platform;
• withdraw material entirely — for example where a university changes its syllabus, or where we can no longer offer it.

Where we withdraw something you have paid for and still have time remaining on, we will either replace it with the material that supersedes it or, where there is none, refund the unused part of what you paid for it.

What we do not promise

Content is study support. We do not guarantee any exam result, grade, or outcome, and we are not affiliated with the examining universities unless we say so.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, and outages at the providers we depend on, will sometimes interrupt it.
